RA Number Required
All returns require prior written approval and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned at sender's expense
Returns are accepted exclusively for:

- Shipping damage (Report within 48h)
- Approved warranty claims

- Supporting documentation
- Proof of purchase

Custom-built or OEM-specific battery products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

- 4. Ship Back – Within 7 days of RA
- 5. Inspection – 5-7 business days
- 6. Resolution – Replacement/Repair
Packaging Requirements: Use original packaging with adequate cushioning for lithium batteries. Ensure terminals are protected from short circuits.
Inspection Period: Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt. Late reports may affect claim eligibility.
No RA = No Return: Returns without a valid RA number will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
