Built Around Your Device

Custom Lithium Battery Pack Manufacturer

If the battery you need doesn't exist in anyone's catalogue, that's exactly what we build. Tell us the device — we'll engineer the pack.

Start a Custom Build

Some of our best products started as one-off custom requests. As an Indian custom lithium battery pack manufacturer, we work directly with OEMs and corporate buyers to design packs optimised for a specific voltage, capacity, form factor and operating environment — then manufacture them at our Bangalore facility with documented quality control.

Whether you're replacing an imported pack, building a brand-new product, or scaling a proven design into volume, our engineering team handles it from cell selection through BMS configuration and final pack assembly.

How a Custom Build Works

1. Share Your Specs

Tell us the device, target voltage, capacity, runtime, size constraints and operating conditions.

2. We Design

Our engineers select matched cells, design the BMS and the pack form factor to fit your device.

3. Prototype & Test

We build and test a sample against your requirements — voltage stability, runtime, thermal behaviour.

4. Manufacture

On approval, we produce at volume from Bangalore with documented QC and factory-direct pricing.

Custom Drone Battery & BMS — OEM / ODM

Drone and UAV packs are the most demanding custom work we do, and they are where a generic off-the-shelf pack fails fastest. A UAV battery has to hold voltage under a high continuous draw, survive vibration and temperature swings, fit an airframe bay that was designed before the battery existed, and report its state honestly to the flight controller. That last part is the BMS — and it is the part most custom drone battery BMS OEM buyers come to us for.

We build the cell stack and the battery management system together, as one system, rather than bolting a catalogue BMS onto a catalogue pack. That means the protection thresholds, balancing behaviour and telemetry are set for your airframe, your duty cycle and your flight controller — not for an average that suits nobody.

What we customise on a UAV BMS

Configuration4S to 14S and beyond (14.8V / 22.2V / 44.4V and custom series–parallel stacks)
Continuous / peak currentDischarge path sized to your motor and ESC draw, including take-off and heavy-lift surge
Protection thresholdsOver-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and temperature cut-offs set to your flight envelope
Cell balancingActive or passive balancing tuned to your charge cycle and turnaround time between sorties
Telemetry & commsCAN, UART, RS485, I2C or SMBus smart-battery reporting to your flight controller or ground station
State reportingState of charge, cycle count, cell-level voltage, temperature and fault logging
Form factor & connectorBuilt to your bay dimensions, mounting, latch and connector (XT90, AS150, AMASS or your own)
ChemistrySemi-solid state (Nexfly), Li-ion, Li-polymer or LiFePO4 depending on the endurance/weight trade-off

Who this is for

  • Drone OEMs building an Indian-made airframe who need a pack and BMS designed around it rather than the other way round.
  • Agriculture and spraying drone makers needing high-capacity 12S/14S packs that survive daily field cycling.
  • Defence, surveillance and mapping integrators who need documented, traceable, domestically manufactured power.
  • Teams replacing an imported pack — we reverse-engineer the mechanical and electrical interface and build a supported local equivalent.
  • Delivery and BVLOS operators where predictable state-of-charge reporting is a flight-safety requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Cell Sourcing, Chemistry & Traceability

A custom pack is only as good as the cells inside it. We import and qualify cells from established international manufacturers, then grade, match and assemble them in India — which is how a locally built pack ends up with imported-grade performance and a local warranty, GST invoice and support line behind it.

ChemistryBest forTrade-off
Semi-solid stateDrones and UAVs where energy density per kilogram decides flight timeHighest energy density; premium cost
Li-ion (NMC)Long-runtime devices, portable equipment, survey dronesGood density, moderate discharge rate
Li-polymerThin or irregular form factors, high burst currentFlexible shape; shorter cycle life
LiFePO4 (LFP)Solar, ESS, street lighting, industrial standby — anything that cycles daily for yearsSafest and longest cycle life; heavier per Wh

Every pack is built at our Bangalore facility against documented quality standards — cell-level testing, BMS validation and pack-level operational testing before dispatch.

Custom Battery & BMS FAQs

Yes. We design and manufacture custom drone and UAV battery packs together with their battery management system — 4S to 14S and above, with protection thresholds, balancing and CAN/UART/RS485/I2C/SMBus telemetry configured for your airframe and flight controller. We work on both OEM (your brand, our build) and ODM (we design from your requirement) terms from our Bangalore facility.

In most cases, yes. Share the existing pack's voltage, capacity, discharge rating, dimensions, connector and any telemetry protocol it uses, and we will quote a locally manufactured equivalent — with the advantage of Indian lead times, GST invoicing and a support line you can actually reach.

At minimum: nominal voltage or cell count, required capacity or runtime, continuous and peak current draw, maximum pack dimensions and weight, connector type, operating temperature range, and whether you need smart-battery telemetry. Target annual volume helps us price tooling correctly. A photo of the existing pack or battery bay is often enough to get started.

A design and prototype cycle typically runs a few weeks depending on complexity and cell availability, followed by your evaluation period and then a production run. Packs that reuse a proven configuration move considerably faster than those needing new mechanical tooling or a new BMS firmware profile.

It depends on how much of the pack is bespoke. Configurations close to an existing design can start at prototype and small-batch quantities; fully custom enclosures and BMS profiles need higher volumes to justify tooling and firmware work. Tell us your target volume and we will be straight with you about what is viable.

As a rule of thumb: semi-solid state or Li-ion where weight and flight time dominate (drones, UAVs, portable equipment); Li-polymer where the shape is unusual or burst current is high; LiFePO4 where the pack cycles daily for years and safety and cycle life matter more than weight (solar, ESS, street lighting, industrial standby). We will recommend based on your actual duty cycle rather than defaulting to the most expensive option.
