Warranty Policy

12 Months Warranty from date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Performance issues due to internal cell or assembly failure

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or integration
• Physical damage, abuse, or misuse
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Overcharging, deep discharge, or improper charging systems
• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions outside specifications

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Product details and serial number
• Description of issue
• Purchase information
• Supporting photos or test data

Leolus Energy will evaluate and determine corrective action.

Leolus Energy may:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Provide alternative resolution as appropriate

Leolus Energy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime costs, or third-party charges.

• Initial review: 3–5 business days
• Resolution: 7–14 business days

• Purchase invoice
• Product serial number
• Photos/Videos of issue
• Test reports if available
